It was so fun!!!

Yesterday I was with Sorana in Hydrogymnastics. It was so fun!!! The music was very funny and we felt like dancing all the time...unfortunately for me it was also hard...but, keep trying Iulia...it will get better...I can hardly wait to go the next time.

And in the end a picture a just got...

Lena Maria

For some people life is amazing, for some it's cruel and for others it's just life...
But what makes the difference?
I'm just reading a book of a an amazing woman. She is so full of life, she is so happy and peacefully. What is amazing about this? That not the circumstances make us happy, but what is in our heard...she is handicapped, she was born without arms and a leg shorter then the other...her name is Lena Maria...she is eating with her feet, she is writing and painting with her feet...Lena Maria learned how to swim when she was only three years old. At age 18, she entered the National Swedish Games where she won three silver medals making her a star-athlete over night and earning her a place on the national team. Many competitions followed. Lena Maria set two national records in the 25-meter and 50-meter butterfly events. She studied at The Royal University College of Music in Stockholm with one of Sweden's most talented artists Lena Ericsson as a singing teacher. Since her examination Lena Maria has been touring as a singer in Sweden as well as abroad...

I worked a lot during the holidays, but still we had time to enjoy a few days with friends...what we did? We played a lot...and we ate a lot :) ups...

My dear Helen

Hey Guys, I want to introduce you to Helen, a very dear friend of mine. She is not only an aerobic-instructur, but also a passionate dancer and choreographer. So if you ever have a special event, where you need a choreographer, just call her. She gives dance classes in: Afro-Jazz, American-Jazz-Dance and a little bit of Hip Hop. Helen has a lot of experience working with young people, so, if you want to join you can reach her: helenpdance@hispeed.ch, 079 716 96 13.

Helen does also massage. So if you want to relex or if you want to give a nice gift to a fried (Gutschein), you know what to do....

What do you think of these trees???

These Trees are a real work of art. The original planter must have had the
patience of Job. These trees where grown in Santa Cruz CA, the year I don't
know, but the man who grew them never told any one how he did it. Then,
around 1999, the owner of Nob Hill foods in Gilroy CA moved them to his
park in Gilroy and they are doing well.
